This holistic massage will leave you feeling peaceful with a sense of well-being. There may be some soreness for a day or two after the massage as a result of the deep strokes used in the treatment. It can often take a couple of days to feel the full benefit of the massage as the body responds to the inflammation and the breaking up of muscle scar tissue. It is a completely normal reaction.
