Dynamic assisted stretching consists of a variety of stretching methods as well as gentle mobilisation techniques to leave the client in a fully relaxed but refreshed state.

The treatment is carried out with the client fully clothed so they should wear comfortable attire that they can move in freely.

The client will be encouraged to use their breath, including them in the therapy process.

It will combine different methods of stretching including passive, dynamic and isometric stretching as well as gentle manipulations to the joints to provide a unique form of treatment.

What are the benefits of advanced dynamic stretching?

1.Improved Flexibility and Mobility:
Dynamic stretching involves moving through a full range of motion, which can help improve flexibility and mobility more effectively than static stretching alone. With assistance, you can achieve deeper stretches and target specific muscle groups more precisely.

2. Enhanced Athletic Performance:
Dynamic stretching helps activate muscles and increase blood flow to the working muscles, priming your body for physical activity. This can improve performance in various sports and activities by enhancing muscle readiness and agility.

3. Injury Prevention:
Assisted dynamic stretching can help reduce the risk of injury by preparing your muscles, tendons, and joints for the demands of exercise. It helps increase muscle elasticity and range of motion, which can prevent strains, sprains, and other common injuries.

4. Warm-Up for Workouts:
Dynamic stretching is an effective warm-up activity before engaging in more intense exercise. Assisted dynamic stretching ensures that you perform the movements correctly and safely while maximizing the benefits of the warm-up.

5. Better Muscle Activation:
Dynamic stretching engages muscles in a dynamic and functional manner, which can help improve muscle activation patterns and coordination. This can lead to more efficient movement patterns during workouts or athletic activities.

6. Enhanced Circulation:
Dynamic stretching increases blood flow to the muscles, which can improve circulation and nutrient delivery to the tissues. This can aid in muscle recovery and reduce muscle soreness after exercise.

Assisted dynamic stretching is a valuable tool for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to improve flexibility, mobility, and performance while reducing the
risk of injury.

Incorporating it into your warm-up routine can enhance your overall workout experience and contribute to long-term physical well-being.
