Whether you’ re recovering from a sports injury, or simply seeking relief from the stresses of daily life, be it too many hours hunched over a computer screen or overdoing it in the gym, I’m here to help you achieve your full capability and live life to the full. Your body has a natural capacity for strength, resilience, and flexibility. My job is to help you attain your goals and achieve your maximum potential.

Each and every session is tailored to you and your needs. We’ll always start with a conversation about your needs and lifestyle, and your treatment goals for our session. This might range from needing to address injury or pain right through to de-stress and relaxation.

IF YOU’RE A NEW CLIENT…

A client consultation form will be emailed to you at your first booking. Please complete this form a soon as possible. If you are unable to complete the form prior to your session then you must complete one at our session before we begin treatment.
