  • Advanced dynamic stretching is a specialised practice designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall mobility beyond the capabilities of traditional stretching techniques.

    By targeting specific muscle groups, fascial lines, and joint structures with precision, advanced stretching aims to enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries, and alleviate muscular tension and imbalances. T H E S T U D I O

When you step into my treatment studio, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where you will feel supported throughout your healing journey.

A comfortable massage couch is situated in the centre of the room and is surrounded by a variety of equipment to assist with your rehab.

We have a music system to accompany our relaxing holistic massages and a fridge full of cold drinks to rehydrate you after your treatment. If you would prefer, a selection of herbal teas are also available.

Due to the range of therapies available you may need to remove various items of clothing to enable access to the part of the body requiring treatment. Your modesty will be fully respected at all times.

After returning from a golfing holiday I was suffering with severely tight hamstrings and my lower back was in spasm. I felt like giving up the game as the pain was so excruciating. Danny got to work on my issue and gave me the low down on how to continue playing without the constant pain. He showed me some golf stretches and exercises I could try and was really encouraging. I try and visit Danny at least once a month to keep my muscles loose and pliable.
